Shaikh Shuraym was born in Saudi Arabia in 1966 (1386 H) and graduated from the University of Imam Saud. The Shaykh then joined the High institute of Magistracy. Sheikh Shuraim's teachers include the likes of Shaykh Abdulaziz bin Baz, Abdullah bin Jibreen, Abdallah bin Aqeel and others.
