Shaikh Abdul Wadood Haneef is of Bangladeshi descent. He has an Ijaaza in Hafs by Aasim and has lead prayers in the hold masjid, Makkah. He is now the Imam of Masjid Ameera Shaheeda on Hidaya Street in Aziziya, Makkah.
